Verzuh Ranch is an annexation within the town of Crested Butte Colorado. This section has great views of the mountain (Mount Crested Butte) and all the amenities of in town living. Verzuh Ranch added 68 units to town consisting of single family and multi-family lots. During this annexation 8 deed restricted lots were created. Rainbow Park is a park located in the Verzuh subdivision and has a soccer field, playground equipment and a pavilion. The little pond at the end of the soccer field reflects the occasional wildlife sighting.
