When looking at a house in Crested Butte, it's nice to have the luxury of multiple living spaces. With 2 or more living areas, one can be dedicated to the kids, and/or as a media room, while the other is being used for more adult fare, like a cocktail party! The house shown below and another I have listed each have 2 living spaces and they are terrific for large family gatherings or parties.
