The town of Mt. Crested Butte subdivisions range from new custom ski in, ski out homes to homes that are as much as a 5 minute walk or drive to the ski lifts. Nothing is very far away from the conveniences of town, but some prefer the ultra convenience of ski in, ski out, while others are content to walk a little or take the town shuttle in order to reach the ski lifts. No matter which you prefer, since the town is relatively small, there is no subdivision within it that is inconvenient.
